Privacy Policy

Romonic builds private business systems for its clients. Each client gets their own system. This page explains what those systems store, what they do with accounts you connect, and how to remove your data.
What we store
- Records your team enters or imports: notes, files, contacts, deals, and the answers the system gives.
- Login details for your team, stored hashed. We never see your passwords.
- A log of what the system did and who approved it. Clients rely on this log, so we keep it.
Google accounts you connect
Some systems let a team member connect their Google account. Here is exactly what each permission is used for:
- Gmail. The system sends review emails from your mailbox when you ask it to, and reads only the replies to those emails. It does not read the rest of your inbox.
- Calendar. The system reads your events so it can answer questions about your schedule.
- Drive. The system reads only the files you pick. It cannot see the rest of your Drive.
Access tokens are stored on the client's own server and are never shown to anyone. You can disconnect at any time from inside the system or from your Google account settings. Disconnecting deletes the stored tokens and the files it had read.
Romonic's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is used only to provide the features above. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models.
Who can see your data
Only your team and Romonic, when needed to run or fix your system. We use hosting and AI providers to operate the service. They process data only on our instructions. We do not sell data to anyone.
Deleting your data
Email dominic@romonic.com and we will delete your data within 30 days. Records a client is required to keep, like the approval log, stay for as long as the law requires.
